The menu consists of local foods such as meat, fish, vegetables, cottage cheese and smoked Istrian prosciutto, special taste of truffles with the addition of olive oil and spice herbs which manages in the restaurant yard and which chef chooses carefully when creating their meals. In the restaurant Stancija Kovačići you can always taste homemade pasta and freshly baked homemade bread.
